Bonnie’s desire to help others while “doing no harm” has been the force behind her passion for natural health for the past 14 years. Her background as a Registered Nurse led her to explore the science behind alternative healing therapies. She began her studies and became a Certified Natural Health Professional, working towards a degree in Naturopathy. In addition to her full time job, she began working at Creative Health part time to nurture her passion and to find the path she was to follow.

It was her personal experience in dealing with stress that led to her passion to help others with stress management.

She offers a unique stress management system and self-discovery program called HeartMath®. It is designed to enable people to reverse the adverse effects of stress and meet life’s inevitable challenges with poise and resilience in the moment.
